Special Events - Save the Date | Annual Open House and Pet Fair

Our annual Open House and Pet Fair will take place on October 3rd, 2004 from 11 am to 3 pm. The Pet Fair will benefit the Tri-State Basset Hound Rescue League, a non-profit organization committed to rescuing and re-homing Basset Hounds.

Save the date for this special event, which will feature

an Agility Demonstration,

a demonstration by the Longwood Fire Department,

food by Capriotti’s and the Bakery House,

raffle Items,

the Tri-State Basset Hound Rescue League as well as other Rescue Groups and Vendors,

and our Pet Memorial Service.

Donations to the Rescue Groups are greatly appreciated.

Plenty of dogs and people attended. Mid-Atlantic Great Dane Rescue League

Greyhouse Rescue was there too asking others to Basset Hounds were there in force, and to be adopted.

And there were treats galore! Tri-State Basset Hound Rescue brought many items in addition to their dogs available for adoption.

There were many items for pet lovers to peruse with their pets. And when the going got ruff, there was a refreshment area - both for naps and snacks.
